5xRuby is the company that most actively promotes the Ruby language in Taiwan. The delegation was received by COO Tsehau Chao, CEO Mu-Fan Teng and Executive Vice President Sho Chang. During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the current state of the Ruby programming language in business, education and the community, and shared trends and considerations in how Taiwanese startups and large corporate groups choose their technology tools. The COO of 5xRuby said: "We warmly welcome Mayor Uesada and his delegation, and thank them for their interest in the development of Taiwan's IT industry and the Ruby community. This exchange not only gave us a deeper understanding of Japan's approach to fostering technical communities and education, but also gave us the privilege of sharing our own experience with our Japanese guests. It has been an extremely valuable experience as we consider how to build a more international Ruby community in Taiwan."

This was the second official meeting between the two parties. Both sides said they will stay in touch to explore further opportunities for collaboration, jointly promote exchange between the Ruby industries of Taiwan and Japan, and make a greater contribution to the thriving IT industries of both countries.

5xRuby sincerely thanks the Matsue City Government and looks forward to more collaboration and exchange in the future.
